  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • You are responsible for all activities performed through your account

  • Sharing accounts is not allowed

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms

4. Payments

  • Pricing plans may vary based on location and are detected using IP address

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay)

  • We do not store card, UPI, or banking details

Payment Conditions

  • Failure to complete payment may restrict access to features

  • Taxes (GST or applicable local taxes) may apply

5. Refund

  • All payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise

  • Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy

6. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

  • Final responsibility for usage, publishing, and compliance lies with the user

  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated images are free from third-party claims

8. Intellectual Property

  • Arrowshoot platform, design, logo, and technology are owned by us

  • You retain ownership of your uploaded content

  • You are granted rights to use AI-generated images for commercial and non-commercial purposes

  • You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the platform itself

9. Service Availability

  • We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service

  • Maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime

  • We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Arrowshoot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last billing cycle

11. Account Termination
